When I was very young, back in the mid to late 70s, my birth father, who was
in the Army then, was stationed at a little Belgian NATO base in Buren,
Westphalia, Germany.  We traveled around the country a bit and I even was
able to see Keukenhof (sp?) in the Netherlands.  I would love to travel the
the same countries you would, but like you, unless I magically get several
hundred grand, it's but a dream.

With my traveling all over the US, I have grown fond of seeing my country
too.  I know you did a bit when you were a truck driver, but I'm sure that's
rather different. :)  I'd love to get a 16' Scamp travel trailer, hook it up
to the Pathfinder, and wander around someday, even if it's just for a couple
weeks at a time.

One of these days, I want to drive to the other end of Tennessee and visit
Graceland.  I'd also like to visit Nashville too.  The last time I was in
Nashville was in early 2005 when my then-wife and I were moving from
Carbondale, IL, to Kennesaw, GA.  About the only thing I got to see were a
few buildings off of I-75 and the inside of the McDonald's we stopped at to
eat.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Easy Mexican Chicken and Rice
 Categories: Poultry, Dips, Chicken
      Yield: 6 servings
 
      1 c  Converted rice
  1 2/3 c  Water
      1 md Onion (chopped)
      4    Skinless, chicken breast
           -halves
      1 c  Salsa (the one you like)
           Salt  to taste
      2    Chicken bullion cubes
 
  In a large pan, combine the water and bullion cubes, and bring to a
  boil. Add rice, onions and salt, boil 10 min then remove from the
  heat. Place into casserole dish, place chicken breasts on top and
  pour salsa over the chicken breast and rice, cover.
  
  Place into preheated oven (350o), and cook for 1 hr. Serve.
