I have never much liked peppermint flavored things, such as toothpaste.
There are other mint flavors that are ok to me.

Speaking of BBQ, we drove by the building where Urban BBQ is supposed to
open in/near Columbia.  The building is shared with a Starbucks, which
is open.  The BBQ half of the building looks ready to open, but the sign
in the window said opening Dec 2016.  Plus, there is some sort of a zone
hearing notice in the door, but I did not get close enough to see what
it said.   Interesting?

      Title: WHITE FISH WITH CRISP POTATO CAKES AND RATATOUILLE
 Categories: Main dish, Seafood
      Yield: 4 Servings
 
MMMMM----------------SOURCE: AUSTRALIAN VOGUE WIN---------------------

MMMMM------------------------POTATO CAKES-----------------------------
      4 md Potatoes, peeled and cut in
           -very thin slices
           Butter
           Salt and freshly ground
           -pepper

MMMMM------------------------RATATOUILLE-----------------------------
      1 lg Onion peeled and chopped
           Olive oil
      1 lg Eggplant, peeled, sliced
           -and cut into cubes
      2 ea Red capsicums, roasted in
           -the oven, peeled, seeds
           -and membranes
           Removed and flesh diced
      4 ea Tomatoes, peeled, seeded
           -and diced
      1 ea Clove garlic, crushed
           Salt and freshly ground
           -pepper

MMMMM----------------------------FISH---------------------------------
      4 ea Fillets of white fish (sea
           -perch, John Dory, bream
           -etc.), skins and
           Bones removed and fish
           -trimmed
           Melted butter
           Sea salt
 
  To make the potato cakes: butter a flat oven tray and trace circles
  12cm in diameter in the butter.  Place the potato slices in each
  circle, dot with a little butter and season with salt and pepper.
  Cook in a preheated 190oC oven for 30 minutes or until cooked and
  golden. Set aside in a warm place. To make the ratatouille: saute the
  onion in olive oil in a frying pan and add the eggplant, capsicums,
  tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper and cook over high heat until the
  eggplant is cooked and the juices reduced. To cook the fish: place
  the fish fillets on a flat tray, brush lightly with melted butter and
  sprinkle with sea salt.  Cook in a preheated 200oC oven for 5 to 6
  minutes or until the fish is only just cooked. To serve: spoon a
  quarter of the ratatouille onto each heated plate. Place a piece of
  fish on the ratatouille and top with a potato cake, Serve at once.
