we end up with stock from different cookings, too... the real problem is
finding something to do with them... i don't know that i've ever used any
'bases'... it might be something to consider...

we don't use salt/sodium for the most part... there's only a few things that it
is required for... popcorn, potatoes, and bland drek ;)

i'll have to look and see what the local foodlion has... possibly the pig or
maybe SaL... we've stopped going to other places since they weren't any cheaper
and in many cases, were more expensive for the same items...

ain't got no room in the fridge, either... got three or four freezers,
though... one upright deep freezer in the house, one on the deck, one
downstairs under the house and the small one on top of the fridge... gotta get
another fridge for the deck to store the eggs and alcohol in... we gotta go
hunting folks to take the eggs every few days... we can just barely store 4 18
pack cartons in the door and then we're outta room for more... so at least two
18s gotta go out each time... three if we can do that...
