Unfortunately, this turned out to be a scam. I missed the red flags, so
we are out some money, but we can deal with it. I have reported it in
all the places I could (FBI's Internet Scam site, Gmail, the company
that registered the DNS for the scammer) but that won't bring back what
we lost.

We did meet some friends who had moved away while we were on the way
back from wheere we thought we would be picking up the Casita. That was
something good that came out of this.

Instead, we are in the process of purchasing an RV through a dealer. It
is another camping trailer, a Forest River R-Pod 179. This link has

We hope to pick it up on the December 7th.

Unless we need to go up to New York in the winter, we will plan on
traveling with it the next time we head up north. While we are home, it
can act as a guest cottage. Our neighborhood covenants permit us to park
it behind the house. We just need to figure out how and where to do so.

The nice thing about this model is that it does have counter space in
the kitchen area. It does have a convection microwave oven, so we should
be able to do some limited baking as long as we have AC power available.

Our first trip with it will be to see our children and grandchildren.

      Title: Quick Rhubarb Crisp
 Categories: Cakes
      Yield: 6 servings

      3 c  Rhubarb; cut bite-size
    1/3 c  Sugar
    2/3 c  Quick oatmeal
    1/3 c  Flour
    3/4 c  Brown sugar; packed
    1/2 ts Nutmeg
    1/2 ts Cinnamon
    1/4 c  Margarine

  Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine
  sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in until
  crumbly. Sprinkle over rhubarb. MICROWAVE for 12 to 16 minutes on
