Maybe they think pork or poultry will take over their spot in the
rankings of which type of meat is preferred? A bit of paranoia, perhaps?

You would be right by the kitchen when out on the deck. The kitchen door
is the only one that acceses it from inside the house.

I understand the northeast is supposed to get warmer this week. Reports
are that we are to be in the low 70s by the week end, but then cooling
back down. Guess we'll really have to start dreaming harder for a white
Christmas. (G)

I've seen varients on this theme, including some that tell you how much
time to add for medium and well done beef. I was raised on very well
done beef but generally order mine medium now--that bit of pink usually
ensures I'm not eating shoe leather.
