I hope so: I am against cruelty to animals (though not
against eating them, of course).

Could be worse. Though she wrote me a note venting about
Robbie again, and I told her to get over it, which I guess
was the wrong answer, so there may be a little friction.

Charlie Podrebarac has strong KC ties, though I'm not
sure he lives there.

Actually, the original guy was Al CCopeland.

I suppose. I made 3 meat meals (2 chicken, 1 pork) during
the time I was there, 9 or 10 days I think. I made 6 to 8
serving size dishes for each of the meals, and they devoured
them (4 people total).

But after a week, they were just getting around to finishing
the butternut squash vegan chili, putting bits of it in their
lunch bags for today. To be fair, they used a whole squash,
so there was a bunch of the stuff.

Responsible, but I've given up on being responsible.

Too primal. A sort of unwritten prohibition against placing
calcium against calcium I guess. Similar to those who won't
eat rare meat because it reminds them of vampirism.

Excellent. Now to get a duck.

Indeed. I should perhaps have borne in mind that they
live about 2 miles from a Penzey's.

      Title: Heavenly Dessert Cheesecake
Categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low-cal (doesn't look either all that
low-cal nor all that heavenly)
      Yield: 10 servings

1 tb Graham Cracker Crumbs 1 c Low Fat Cottage Cheese
     16 oz Nufchatel Cheese* 2/3 c Sugar
2 tb Unbleached All-purpose Flour 2 tb Skim Milk
    1/4 c Almond Extract

  * Neufchatel Cheese shoul be LIGHT Philly brand Neufachatel Cheese and
it
     should be softened.
Lightly grease bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Dust
bottom; remove excess crumbs. Put cottage cheese in blender container
Cover; process on high speed until smooth. In large mixing bowl of
electric mixer, combine cottage cheese, neufchatel cheese, sugar and
