That's one thing we check--sometimes Lowe's will put things in their
markdwon areas that are really close to expiring. Other times the date
is quite far out so we figure it's not selling like they hoped it would.

Sounds good. We did tomato bisque soup and salmon patty (left over from
supper last night) sandwiches for lunch. Supper will be a hot bowl of
chili over rice.

For me, in the morning, it's just as easy to get one I just have to peel
the lid off, maybe mix, and eat. Stevia gets added to my tea, if I'm
awake enough to make sure it goes into the mug. (G)

I've got to keep an eye on such things.

We had freezing rain & sleet yesterday, then it turned to snow. Nasty
conditions but the weather forecasters warned us in advance. NCDOT
started brining the roads the middle of the week, they've been working
round the clock, as have the power people. There's a black ice warning
issued thru tomorrow noon as it never got above freezing today and
tonight is supposed to be in the mid 20s.

It's not the snow that's the problem, it's the ice that comes in as part
of the storm. The market was cancelled today, church is cancelled
tomorrow.

I think Steve tried it once and found it lacking.

I could, but it would be awkward. I typed one handed when I had my wrist
surgeries.
