Private schools here can do that too. Homeschoolers of course are another 
matter. A lot of those kids out-perform the public school kids.

I've never had mulled wine of any sort.  The cup ended up with the lady's 
grandkid, who put cocoa in it.  Just the right size for a 5 year-old.
