Plantains of course are high carb, for a vegetable.  They're a good 
potassium source too if you get sick of bananas.  I got sick of bananas

You could say that.  Screwdrivers are no problem, pliers are no problem.  
Soldering irons? Piece of cake.  Hammers and the like?  Not a good idea.

Gotta love that deal.  My cutter works fine in either hand; I tend to
switch 
off depending on which is easier at any given moment.
