He didn't have fire watch but did do SDNCO up until he was a First
Sergeant. Overnight time in a chair, punctuated by making rounds to make
sure doors were secure, etc.

Good going--I've dropped about 30 from the last time you saw me. Had a
belt on today that needs a new hole to make it fit properly. (G) Good
eating (lots of veggies) and watching the carbs. Steve just pulled out a
picture from 9 years ago--the difference in how I look is quite obvious.
