Anticipated you. You do recall the story of the hunting
camp where they drew straws to see who had to stay home
and cook? That person wouldn't get relief until someone
complained, and the person who complained had to take
over the duties. As the previous esteemed moderator set
the precedent of using the S word in conference, I will
tell the story if anyone requests.

Fine if you don't like hot. The recipe wouldn't pack much
of a punch unless you used habbies or something.

Oysters casino
cat: appetizer, shellfish
servings: 4

1 garlic clove, minced
1 Tb fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/4 c dry white wine
24 oysters on the half shell
24 ds hot sauce
4 strips raw bacon, each cut in 6 pieces

Oven at 400F.

Mix first four ingredients and divide among oysters.
Spritz a little hot sauce to and add a piece of bacon
to each.

Bake 15 min or until bacon is crisp.
