"whipt kreem" ought to be obvious - fake whipped cream. "herry" is just the
software somewhere lopping off the first letter of a word as it wraps the lines
to fit a format. So, using your loaf as to what is common on many milkshakes -
you get whipt kreem and a *CHERRY* on top.

As far as I am concerned the tangerine is a sharper, more likable flavour from
OJ/zest/peel. I am sure that it could be simulated - but, I am ordering out,
not eating in.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Two-Way Tangerine Meatballs
 Categories: Meatballs, Beef, Pork, Breads, Citrus
      Yield: 

      1 lb Ground beef
    1/2 lb Bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c  Fine dry bread crumbs
      1 lg Egg; slightly beaten
      2 ts Fresh grated tangerine peel;
           - divided use
    1/4 ts Ground nutmeg
      1 tb Oil

MMMMM----------------------TANGERINE SAUCE--------------------------
      1 c  Fresh squeezed tangerine
           - juice
           Juice of 1/2 lemon
      2 tb Sugar
      1 tb Cornstarch
      2 md Tangerines; peeled,
           - segmented, seeded
           Hot cooked rice (to serve)

  Thoroughly combine the beef, sausage, bread crumbs, egg, 1
  teaspoon of tangerine peel, and nutmeg. Shape firmly into
  24 small balls. In a large skillet, brown the meatballs
  well in the oil. Remove meatballs from skillet and pour
  off all but 2 tablespoons of the pan drippings.

  To make the sauce, gradually blend the tangerine and lemon
  juice into the sugar and cornstarch. Add to the drippings
  in the pan and cook over medium heat, stirring, until
  thickened. Add meatballs and cook, covered, over low heat
  for 5 minutes. Uncover and add tangerine segments and
  remaining 1 teaspoon of peel; heat.

  Serve over hot cooked rice.
