I'm just frustrated because I am not healing up as quickly as I hoped. 
This is going to require a longer recuperation than any of my cardiac 
stuff ... which just seems odd to me.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06
 
      Title: Frittata Mosca (Omelette of the Flies) w/Mustard Sauce
 Categories: Eggs, Cheese, Sauces
      Yield: 1 Serving
 
      5 lg Eggs; beaten
    1/4 c  Seasoned bread crumbs
      3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 ts Thyme
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Black pepper
      1 tb Butter

MMMMM-----------------------MUSTARD SAUCE----------------------------
      1 tb Dijon-style mustard
      1 tb Lemon juice
      1 ts Olive oil
    1/2 ts Honey or sugar
 
  Mix together. Serve with frittata.
  
  Beat eggs until frothy. Add everything else except butter.
  Melt butter in iron skillet. Pour egg mixture into hot
  skillet. Cook until brown on bottom (don't burn it too
  much!).
  
  Quickly put under broiler, until brown on top -- you don't
  have to turn it over, which makes this a much easier dish to
  make!
  
  If you have leftovers sitting around, like string beans,
  scallions, zucchini, mushrooms, leftover meat, chicken and
  so forth, feel free to toss them in.
