Hi Ruth,

He doesn't that often but it's always nice when he does. In our first
years of marriage he'd buy more potted plants but when we went to
Germany, flowers were relatively inexpensive so he got them more often.
He stayed with buying cut flowers when we came back but I think it's
been a couple of years or so since he bought any as the budget's been
tighter.

I like the markdown areas; we usually check them out at Lowe's and have
found some good deals. Also some interesting eats, like the Indian foods
we got a few years ago as Lowe's was phasing them out. Got some quinoa a
few days ago, had some for supper and left overs went into a meat loaf.

It is; the teal was not my first choice but ended up being my favorite
fabric.

As long as I make it the3 dark--less sugar means fewer carbs.

I don't know that much about it but I do have a lapis necklace designed
by Calvin Begay. In looking on the internet for replacements for some of
my pieces I've seen more of his work--and wouldn't mind owning more.

No, I had to run the dishwasher before leaving out for Greensboro.
