I suppose it could be possible that restaurants that would be available
to tourists of any stripe would all get their common kimchi from a
common source, and only make their special ones themselves...  I have,
at that, seen great huge jars of cabbage kimchi in the Asian grocery
stores here... presumably for the restaurant trade...

Sigh.  ;)  So did Lilli suggest to you that it wouldn't offend her
sensibilities to watch you eat such esoteric stuffs...?   :)

Most recently, they were there as adjuncts to the seminaries... in
earlier days, they were part of the establishing of that strong
Christian tradition, working with the indigenous church... they go back
well before my birth...

Priced in bulk for their use only...?  Or maybe the packaging didn't
meet standards for sale on the street... like the individual items here
marked "not for individual sale" since some of the required verbiage
isn't on them...
