My paperwork didn't say anything about it either... And it isn't really
leftover stuff in your system... the liver never stops making bile. I
learned about it somewhat later, when I was seeing a GYN pain
specialist, and among other things I mentioned the multiple daily BMs...
he told me that it was normal after a gallbladder removal, and that the
bile flowing into the intestine freely was what caused it.

No, long-term... It's still happening for me, 20 years later... :) My
guess is that if your body produces enough bile, it will handle the fat
intake just fine... but if it was sluggish already, there might not be
enough bile there for proper breakdown. I'm sure it would still be
possible for me to overload the system, but I'm not that into huge
amounts of greasy stuff all at once... :)

Yup, yup, and probably... ;) But the extra cost somewhat does nullify
the cheap-meal aspect of stuffed peppers.. ;) I have though, found it
reasonable to spend a little more on things for the ability to be able
to eat it without problems.. :)

... It's hard to believe that someday I'll be an ancester.
