I've got some pesto in the freezer, should pull it out and give it a
try. Tonight's turkey iteration was in marinara sauce over penne pasta,
topped with peccorino romano cheese. Green beans on the side, good
supper. For lunch we had the last of the turkey casserole from last
night, with pickles & green olives on the side. (Steve also had
cranberry sauce.) Still have a good amount of turkey in the fridge. (G)

OTOH, we like eggplant and we like Middle Eastern foods.
