The chicken itself was chipotle seasoned, so that was a start.  I added
in some dried minced onion as usual...  I also used a teaspoon or so of
Minor's chicken soup base, since I'd just scored some at BJ's... 
Tonight when I took the leftovers to make it truly soup, I added some
Wegmans chicken stock, ginger slivers, some garlic, and a bit more of
the Minor's...

Someone, years ago, handed out the recipe (using chicken) to a number of
ladies in the church for them to make up for a planned dinner... ever
since, it's been refered to as Covenant chicken (Covenant being the name
of our church)... shows up sometimes as part of another planned meal,
sometimes just as one of the entrees...  :)
