That's about all that was left...  ;)   It wasn't overpowering to begin
with, probably could have added more, but it didn't really need it
either...

Depends on how much basic cooking I'm doing, how fast ours goes... I get
it in the big containers, not huge ones, but the economy size... But
then, I have had a tendency to not use up the fresh onion fast enough...
my cooking tends to go in spurts....  ;)  The dried ones are likely to
be still good and at hand when I suddenly find a need for adding
onions...  ;)
