As a meat topping or in general...?  Some of us find it quite tasty,
after all...  :)   You'd probably feel similarly about one of my "guilty
pleasures", Wegmans' Yogurt Blue Cheese dressing...  I'll eat it
straight... no need to waste it on greens (that I can't digest properly
any way)... ;)

Sounds perfectly yummy... :)   Will the vegetarian version have a
similar treatment for the mushrooms...?

Yup...  :)  At the moment, I'm somewhat rationing them, so they might
last another week or so... so far there's no reduction in quality or
indication of getting particularly stale... no likelihood of being
forgotten to be allowed to age totally, though...  (G)
