One would hope...  :)   You'd need a reasonably good sized customer base
to make a proper go of it...

It would appear so.  :)  As long as there are still lots of people
interested in chilli, despite their favorite places going under...  :)

Reader's choice polls tend to favor the well-known over the "best-kept
secret" places...  :)

seriously good, "they" will come...  ;)   Now, just to win the
