What chilies did you use beyond ancho (the basis for nearly all pots of 
red chilli) and jalapeno? I submit that I find it difficult to believe 
that you could equal or exceed Firebrand levels of heat with just those 
chilies - as Firebrand has a substantial cayenne component and other 
chiles whose flavour I cannot detect but which Mary Anne assures me are 
in there along with the cayenne - even if she won't name nor confirm 
anything via "twenty questions" speculations.

MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.06

      Title: Jalapeno Omelet
 Categories: Eggs, Vegetables, Chilies, Cheese
      Yield: 2 servings

      5 lg Eggs
      1 lg Fresh jalapeno; cored,
           - minced *
    1/3 c  Bell pepper; diced
    1/3 c  Red bell pepper; diced
    1/3 c  Onion; diced
    1/3 c  Sharp Cheddar; grated
      1 ts Tabasco
      1 ts Cilantro; fine chopped
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/4 ts Coarse ground pepper
      2 tb Butter; to fry

  Starting the day with a little fire wakes up the senses. 

  Melt butter in a large, heavy frying pan.

  Add jalapeno peppers, green peppers, red peppers and
  onions and saute until onions become transparent. Season
  with salt, pepper, Tabasco and cilantro. Beat eggs with 1
  tablespoon of water and slowly pour throughout the sauteed
  mixture.

  Simmer covered over low heat until the eggs are set. Add
  cheese to one side and carefully flip the other side over.
  Remove from heat and cover for an additional minute to
  melt the cheese completely.

  * This will work with serrano chilies too if you don't care
  for the grassy taste of a green jalapeno.
