Just getting back into replies... picked up a nasty bug that laid me
low, started Sunday night with fever and chills, kept me in bed Monday
(one result being that I missed my family's Christmas get-together
totally, and another that I managed to totally neglect my meds that day
having no desire to eat or drink anything, or for that matter, to DO
anything), and is slowly dissipating... mostly just left me blah.

So... I've seen that she arrived... but nothing about how Lola took
it... ;)  Or is the ear infection keeping issues at bay for the
moment...?  :)

A routine practice around here... one looks around for the furry napkin 
(who often seems to have been attracted by the sound of smacking lips
and licked fingers)....  Of course, they've also received other treats
as fur candy... like creamcheese, sour cream, ice cream, gravy, anything
likely to stay in/on the fur and not just drop to the floor... (G)

Some surfaces /should/ be out of bounds... unless the cat has her own
plate at the table, that's one of them... :)  They know you'll follow
through, too... ;)

I know... reasonableness rarely has much if anything to do with this
sort of thing... we quite like heart... but yeah, the idea of it is
probably the biggest catchpoint...
