I'm pretty sure changing tables weren't fashionable when I
was a baby or at an age to change babies (which happened on
the rare occasion, through no fault of my own). High chairs
I grant. The car seats that I am familiar with didn't seem
that heavy - bulky for sure, but lots of foam or somesuch
to help cushion impact without the risk of heavy hard stuff
becoming a projectile.

The used market is a wondrous thing, and the army probably
recognizes that on some level.

She got galley training, but I did something else, maybe
visited the caterers or the tower.

      Title: Sour Cream Coffee Cake
 Categories: Cakes
   Servings: 16

    1/2 c  All-purpose flour
    1/2 c  Granulated sugar
    1/4 c  Margarine or butter
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
      1 c  Chopped nuts
           Cake Mixture
      3 c  All purpose flour
      2 ts Baking powder
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
    1/2 c  Margarine or butter
  1 1/2 c  Granulated sugar
      3    Eggs
  1 1/2 c  Sour cream
      1 ts Vanilla extract

  Crumb Mixture

  Confectioners 10-x sugar

  Combine all ingredients for the crumb mixture in a small bowl.  Mix with a
  fork until mixture resembles coarse crumbs; set aside.

  Combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and set aside.  Cream
  margarine with sugar.  Add eggs, sour cream and vanilla.  Gradually stir in
  flour mixture.  Beat at medium speed of electric mixer 2 minutes. Spoon
  about 2 cups of the batter into a non-stick 12 cup fluted tube pan.
  Sprinkle with half of the reserved crumb mixture (about 1 cup). Carefully
  spoon 2 cups of batter spreading it to cover the crumbs. Repeat layers with
  remaining crumb mixture then batter.  Bake at 350 F. for 55 to 60 minutes
  or until wooden pick inserted in center of cake comes out clean. Cool 15
  minutes.  Invert onto a cooling rack or serving platter. Sprinkle with
  confectioners sugar just before serving. Makes 16 servings.
