I cannot claim expertise on the subject, having never contracted
to do the job and so having changed but a few in my lifetime.

The relativity for me is that the density of a car seat seems
to be less than 1, so the heft (for me) is less than expected
given the bulk.

Not to imply that the enlisted soldier's lot is easy or is
made easier by military policies, just to point out possible
reasons for those policies.

It's all in the perception. Shrimp are as objectionable to some
(and for similar reasons) as insects. For me, neither, of course,
but cheese, especially in fish dishes, often is.

Fresh-cut spaghetti, sweet shrimp, stewed tomato, chili, sea urchin
cat: shellfish, objectionable
servings: 6 to 8

8 oz cn peeled tomatoes
2 cloves fresh garlic
2 Tb extra virgin olive oil
1 pn crushed red chili flakes
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 lemon, juice of
1 bn fresh basil
1 lb fresh-cut spaghetti
1 lb fresh Florida rock shrimp
1 tray fresh sea urchin

In a saucepot, heat olive oil on medium until shimmering.
Add minced garlic and chili until lightly toasted and then
add shrimp. Cook for 1-2 min. Take tomatoes out of the can,
place in a separate bowl and crush until mostly smooth.
Add tomatoes to pan. Simmer down 2-3 min. Add in cheese,
lemon juice and fresh basil. Add in fresh pasta and toss
with sauce. Salt to taste. Fold sea urchin in and
incorporate throughout the dish.
