That looks like old purchase info from an earlier site rip. Before BBSFiles
went down, the Shining Star section had free keys listed. All but the one for
Leviathan's Reef worked.
Here's a copy of the page text with the free key info:

Ruben Figueroa was kind enough to generate these keys for me using his
