Actually, the only kind of ship I saw close and _not_ from above or from a high
ground (<- is this expression OK?) is "towing howser" (what Multitran says),
one that doesn't do anything but moving the boats that can't do anything but
contain something. Not sure why they were coming so close to the ground - they
didn't tell the swimming people to go away, didn't drop anything etc.
I'm not sure they were colored anything but grey, though (_Maybe_ dark-red at
bottom, but I've seen them many years ago last time). They are unlike what
Images.Google finds, and the only big picture of the right one is black and
white.

Oh, right, and garbage trucks look pretty clean now, too. Though there is no
more top-loaded (with a door on top of them for the litter to go) ones that
were all in the garbage.
