But you yourself have said that all power is in the hands of the rich.
Practically all rich people want to have, near himself, a poor persons who
fights for survival. In this case servants and services are guaranteed. And
their toilets and shoes will always shine. ;). But I wanted to say something
different. That people who hold the power and have most preferences from the
life make such laws that make it impossible for ordinary people to change
the situation by peaceful means.

Imho the tragedy of USSR was not caused by Stalin, but it was caused by
the West. It surrounded the USSR in a circle, and did all it could to
undermine the USSR. The values of the West were under threat. As for the
USSR, in any closed group of people, which under threat, a paranoia quickly
develop. If you heard that during the Stalin people had been arrested
without reason it is a lie. During the years of repressions, people in the
USSR were in general arrested as the western spies, saboteurs and
so on. But it was not true, the "enimies" were ready to give up their lives
for communism.
In short it is a matter of psychiatry not communism itself.

By the way the story of the besieged USSR is a lesson for the US and Israel
as for a place where the people of the sieged country can get if they are
constantly fighting with invisible enemy and constantly wait to be attacked.
The Iraqi war is the classical example of such a paranoia. It seemed to
Bush... it seemed to Mossad...

There are already a lot of ... mmm ... africans in Moscow. ;) But if to
speak seriously I don't think that scientist are right about Human cause of
the Global Warming. Imho the matter is in the Sun. The activity of Sun
slightly deviates and the Earth gets additional portion of energy. The Gulf
Stream, for instance, is like a sledge which has some power to move. The
sledge goes along the surface which itself slightly goes up (i.e. the sledge
is losing energy when moving). It is enough to impart the sledge with a
small amount of additional energy, and we see that the length of running-out
of the sledge increase significantly.

In other words it is enough for the Sun to give the Earth small amount of
additional energy, and after that, we will see that the flow of the Gulf
Stream change significantly, and in Moscow we will see warm winters for some
period.
