That works!

I pretty much forgot about underlining a title!  That doesn't 
work so well in DOS, except for printing.

I hate "ALL CAPS", though.   It does work when they are employed 
above the material they introduce, though.

As it is, I think we have now moved over to what is "kosher"!  (See 
the other comments on that from others!)   

I would state that it is a never ending battle, but I find it 
too much fun to consider it to be a war.
