DBCSMAP is a crude OS/2 'character map' program with a
twist: it supports double-byte characters and only
double-byte characters. Conventional OS/2 character
map programs support single-byte characters, which is

useful when you need access to the double-byte
characters used in Japanese, Chinese, and/or Korean.

This desktop program can be stopped and restarted, or
changed entirely, without rebooting the system.
ATSHELL also allows you to open command prompts and
shut down the system even when the desktop program is
not running. A simple 'secure' mode for kiosk-type
setups is provided. This package contains the program
source code (C, includes Makefile for VAC 3.x).
