Actually Roy, Thom did *not* make changes to the elist of science echo
according to his FAQ.

FAQ says he can make changes, but must first get in touch with the
moderator of the echo. He did not do that.

So Roy, if an echo cannot be hijacked, how did "Ya'll" manage to
hijack fn_sysop ?

So Thom, without the approval of the elisted moderator, made changes
to fn_sysop.
