Consider this:  When Clinton was about to be impeached, polls 
clearly showed the vast majority of Americans did *not* want him 
impeached.  Also consider the fact that the strongest drive in 
*any* Congresser is the desire to be re-elected -- *everthing* he 
does is based on that.  Yet the majority of the House of 
Representative members impeached him *anyway*.  They *knew* that 
would *hurt* them in the next election yet they did that 
*anyway*.  This showed they were honorable men who, in this rare 
case, simply wanted to do what was right.  The Senate, to its 
eternal disgrace, unfortunaely followed the polls and refused to 
kick this disgraced president out of office.

So far George W. Bush has done a splendid job as president.  
However before we can judge him truly *great* (as was Ronald 
Reagan) we'll have to wait until his term is completed.  Let's be 
fair.
