Tried to tell him that, but he's a non-believer.

Ahh, that's his problem. Too much drugs....

The problem is in those cities who banneed them. Nowhere else. New York
City, Washington DC, Chicago, etc all have that problem, while the cities
who didn't, don't have nearly as severe a problem.  San Diego, the 2nd
most populated city on the west coast doesn't have that problem. Sure,
they have shootings and gangs, but it's not out of hand like the cities
who banned firearm ownership.
