Adjustable wrenches by L.S. Starrett?  I have one of those, it has a dial on
it, too.  :-)

4", 8", two 12s and a 15".  One of the 12s lives in the tool box on the John
Deere.

two genuine Channelock, one Crescent and 4 Knipex Alligators.  I like the
Metric Knipex the best, thoung the 18" Channellocks has had its moments in
history from time to time.

Nope, some are old enough to have been made under SAE regulations.  <g>

I have threatened to buy some roll-packs for the wrenches. The quarter-drive
sockets are on those cute little "socket-sticks" and the most-used sockets are
in a loaf-pan in the top of the tool cabinet in the truck; I mark the size of
the sockets with a paint-pen; have to redo them about once a year but it's a
time-saver.

I have several different brands of SAE wrenches and since I've had them so long
I recognize them by the general shape and patina, not by the actual size.  My
metrics wrenches, however, are all the same brand and they all look alike,
literally.  Almost as bad as trying to sort therough a drawer full of loose
Allen keys.
