But the US has a half-century *record* of using nukes 
responsibility!  It's for that reason that the world trusts the 
US to do the right thing.

Fear not.  The US never starts a war or attacks *anyone* without 
first at least being threatened.  If the Netherlands never 
threatens the U.S. or attacks us it need have no fear of US 
nukes.

Not so!  The US is a very moral nation hence we *need* nukes to 
defend ourselves.  Nukes are far too dangerous in the hands of 
others!
