But they have no need for such a weapon, especially since they

Hmmmmm, interesting plural of "fiasco" ... actually there is no 
fiasco in *either* nation as we have liberated both of them and 
both now have held democratic elections.

If they behave, the North Koreans know they have nothing to fear 
from the U.S.
