Using that scenario the attackers must have been insane then, for 
no sane person would want to harm people who help them.  The US 
is the most benevolent nation on earth -- not its gummint, but 
the American people.  So you're saying the bombers were insane.  
OK, that's reasonable.

It may have been a "tit" but there was no reasonable "tat".

As I pointed out above, they must have been insane then ...
