MvdV> Right, so you concur that the link IS hidden. Thank you.
Sure, it's hidden in an icon that reveals the url when you run a mouse
over it. It's not really hidden in a true sense of the word, I use hidden
for lack of a better word to describe it at the moment.
>>>> This alone tells you it's there for a reason.
MvdV>>> Ask how many have found it without having been tipped.
>> I found it and didn't need a tip.
MvdV> I don't believe you.
Ask me if I care what you believe.
>> In fact, I think I'm the originator of how to find that link.
MvdV> marc lewis made the same claim.
He wasn't there before me, but he may have used the link before I revealed
it in public. I discussed it in email with an *C at first. marc lewis
lives near that *C and may have heard about it there.

MvdV>>> Ideed, that was an easy hack was it?
>> It isn't a hack, it's merely a copy of the line in the source.
MvdV> No, you said it yourself, it is a combination of part of a line in
MvdV> the source with something else. That makes it a hack.
LOL! You don't know much about these things, do you.
MvdV>>> But a hack nevertheless.
>> Anyone can extract that line from the source.
MvdV> That anyone can do it, does not make it not a hack.
Thank you for acknowledging that it's not a hack.
>> No hacking required. Find a real web browzer and you
>> too will be able to do it.
MvdV> Oh, my web browser can show me the source. Actually one does not
MvdV> need a web browser for that. A simple text editor will do.
Suit yourself.
MvdV>>> The law says nothing about it having to be difficult. An easy
MvdV>>> crack is a crack just the same.
>> If it were a crack. It isn't...
MvdV> It is
not.
MvdV>>>>> No. The link is hidden. Ross is providing information to find
MvdV>>>>> it.
>>>> No, the link is in plain view, on the page and in the source.
MvdV>>> No, it is not, it is hidden.
>> Yes it is in plain site.
MvdV> You have alreay concurred that it is hidden. See above.
It is 'unviewable' until such time as you move your mouse curser over it,
then it becomes viewable. Which makes it a normal website icon. The Felon
never hacked it.
MvdV>>> It doesn;t matter that *you* think it is easy to find. What
MvdV>>> matters is if Swedish law considers it sufficiently hidden.
MvdV>>> Apparently they do.
>> Then it's not a hack or a crack, is it.
MvdV> If it is hidden, then publishing information on how to find it, is
MvdV> publishing a crack.
Wrong.
>>>> Anyone can find it just by visiting the site, without someone
>>>> telling them exactly where to look.
MvdV>>> Hpow many *did* find it wthout knowing in advance there was
MvdV>>> anything at all to find?
>> Don't know. Ask the Felon, he has a web tracker on that site.
MvdV> IOW, your claim is an empty claim.
Notthing empty about it. If you want to know how many people have visited
that site, then you should as the Felon, or use the link on his website to
look for yourself. It's also unviewable unless you know where to look for
it.
MvdV>>>>>>> At least in The Netherlands. And possibly in Sweden and the
MvdV>>>>>>> USA as well. You published such a crack by making public the
MvdV>>>>>>> url to the directory where the music can be downloaded.
>>>>>> It's no crime to publish a link that is on the site.
MvdV>>>>> It is if it is hidden abnd not meant to be published.
>>>> Bullshit. You lie like the Dossche, when it's convenient to
>>>> your purposes.
MvdV>>> No bullshit.
>> All bullshit.
MvdV> No.
See, you still lie like the Dossche.
MvdV>>> Hop on a plane, come to the Netherlands and we will see how you
MvdV>>> defence holds in a court of law.
>> Fuck that pissant little 3rd world country...nobody wants to
>> visit there on purpose.
MvdV> Your president was here last spring. I don't think anyone forced
MvdV> him...
Like I've pointed out to you before, it was a necessity to enter your
country to visit fallen American soldiers buried there. There's no other
reason to visit that pissant country.
MvdV>>> That depends on how you got those MP3's. If you had them from a
MvdV>>> legal source, it is ok. If you had them from Björn's site it is a
MvdV>>> crime.
>> No it isn't.
MvdV> Yes it is.
Nope.
MvdV>>> Or so those experts in US law tell me. Downloading is illega
MvdV>>> in the USA.
>> I didn't download them, I just played his.
MvdV> In order to play them, you have to download them.
Nope. They were never put on any of my storage areas.
>>>> I'm listening to his collection. There's no way to download the
>>>> files.
MvdV>>> If you listened to them, you HAVE downloaded them. How
MvdV>>> else can your media player play them?
>> Ask Apple computer about their Quicktime Player, it plays his
>> files ... there's no downloading involved.
MvdV> Of course there is. The file is downloaded into the players' memory
MvdV> buffer.
No, it's streaming audio, goes in one place and comes out the other. It
leaves nothing behind.
>> There are no remnants of those files on my computer.
MvdV> I wouldn't be so sure, but it is irrelevant.
It is very relevant. If they were there, then they were downloaded.
They're not there.
MvdV> You are still confusing "saving" and "downloading". Even if it goes
MvdV> staright to devnull it is still downloading.
Wrong.
MvdV>>> You obviously do not know the difference bertween
MvdV>>> downloading and saving.
>> LOL! And I'll bet you don't either.
MvdV> You standard response when you are out of arguments.
Just stating the facts, mam.
>>>> On the page with the list of MP3s, there is this (below),
>>>> which tells you that these files are playable.
MvdV>>> No, it does not tell you they are playable, it is just a list of
MvdV>>> what he has on his system. Somewhere...
>> Had you ever been there, you'd know differently.
MvdV> I have been there.
BS.
MvdV> And before you start screaming: keep in mind that HERE downloading
MvdV> is NOT illegal.
I couldn't care less what is legal or illegal there.
>>>> But, you won't find a link to anything listed there,
MvdV>>> Exactly. No link to where they actually are.
>> But you'll find the link to where they actually are, on that
>> page. It's easy to find.
MvdV> I know now how to find it. I still say it is hidden.
I see it every time I go there. It's not hidden.
>> Even you could do it if you go there.
MvdV> I can't. I mean I can not judge how easy it is to find that link as
MvdV> I already knew weher it was from the very beginning.
LOL! Excuses. They're like assholes, everybody has one. You seem to have
more than anyone else.
MvdV> Instead of making things difficult hunting with the mouse cursor or
MvdV> wading through the source, I simply asked Björn. And before you
MvdV> start screaming: that IS legal HERE.
Who cares what's legal there? I sure as hell don't.
>>>> until you click on the only thing on the page with a link, the p*.
MvdV>>> And so they are hidden.
>> No, they're in plain view.
MvdV> It is hidden.
see sentence above.
>>>> So much for needing a password...
MvdV>>> Who says a password is required to for "sufficient protection"?
>> You did. They're password protected, those are your words.
MvdV> No, I didn't. I said they were hidden.
You've been screaming at everyone that those files are password protected
Make up your mind!
>> No one else has said they were.
MvdV> xxcarol did.
What does she know? She's too busy chasing spam.
>>>> 2555 tracks in playlist, average track length: 3:43
>>>> Estimated playlist length: 158 hours 51 minutes 24 seconds
>>>> (1 track of unknown length)
MvdV>>> Yes. Your point?
>> Tells you how many files are playable (playlist).
MvdV> A playlist is just a catalog. To play the files, you have to get
MvdV> them first.
Nope.
>>>>>> You shut up. You're now as guilty as the Felon...
MvdV>>>>> Please elaborate. What am I guilty of?
>>>> Being an asshole, a liar, an asshole, and a liar.
MvdV>>> Please provide proof.
>> Look in the mirror...you'll see an asshole...and a liar.
MvdV> I knew you had no proof.
I knew you were afraid to find out.
