impossible.

No, they experienced them.

Wrong. Most of them were sent to the eastern front by then. The Germans
needed all the help they could get at that point.

Just like your father, this information comes from someone who was
actually there, rather than a book off your shelf.

Say what you want, but I'll believe a WW2 veteran who was actually in that
battle, than someone who sits in his library and makes up storys from
books on his shelf. Those books are probably fiction, afterall.

So what? The movies, as everyone is well aware, are made from written
scripts, fiction, perhaps mixed with some reality. Get your facts straight
and you might just come off as being more believable.
