That's something interesting that neither of us has to take politically.
Although, judging from his words, he assumed that I didn't know anything
about it, at first.

I've been bored with them for longer than that, but somebody always has to
attack the US. I can't let that go unanswered.

I think I've stated it before; when Felon is no longer the snooze editor,
that'll be the end of a lot of the animosity he's caused with his anti-USA
diatribe. The echo will then die, unless there is a new editor without any
political agenda.

The sun is still shining and no twilight in site, yet. There was a close
encounter with my mortality about 3 years ago, but was successfully
resolved. For what it's worth, I left a friend in San Diego who was on his
second round of chemo. He was going to come to Texas when the first round
was over, but the second round has put a stop order on it. Hopefully,
he'll overcome his cancer. I was just there in October, closing the sale
of my rental, and invited him for lunch before I left. He looks good, but
he tells me that his chemo day is Friday and he takes the whole weekend to
recover. He's too weak to do any Saturday work, so he just stays in bed or
lounges in front of the TV. I really feel for him, because he's such a
great guy to know. If he doesn't make it, I'll really miss him.
