You could always try the same though in your echoes...

As you could also ask those arrogant "ZE USA IS ALVAYS VRONG... KILL ZEM...
BURN ZEM... NUZZING ZEY ZAY IZ RIGHT" people you circulate with to cut their
continuous barrage of USA insults.

Continuous repetition of the same spiteful and fanatical criticism, for
years and years on end, repeating over, and over, and over the same crap,
IS BASHING.

I give you absolute credit for you remaining silent through many portions of
this, but now I criticise you for "BEGGING" for help at this stage when you
have done absolutely NOTHING to ease the tensions in the past.  Include your
active and open participation in the past bashings against the USA and, uh,
'criticism' of USA participants here, and you
really don't wanna know what I think of your moderator style, nor the
begging for help now that your boys are getting their asses whipped worse than
ever before.

There are different issues on different subjects, and I don't miss a fart. 
While I'm not happy with some of the things you have said/done on various
issues or handling of certain things, other behaviors of yours still allow me
to maintain a certain level of respect for you, and I have a few times thought
to myself "I wish these things weren't happening in Fido so much as they are,
because this
guy could likely be a very valuable individual to associte with"...

Please... If you want real peace in your areas, and you really believe it can
happen, then instead of just whining to Janis to do something with which she
has absolutely no control over, just ask your own cronies to tone down, and us
to tone down at the same time... I'm willing, and I even bet we can all be
useful to each other, not to mention if we see past aLL THE CRAp that's happend
over the past few years, hell, we might all actually like each other.

I know it's not likely, but it's a thought... I had this thought before if you
remember... few years now... *I* was defending "yooz guys", your zonal
practices and all... got Z1 people pissed at me too... what did I get for it? 
Fucked in the ass by your crowd, and I bet you all got shits and giggles off it
too... that mistake will never happen again.

Anyway... the real deal is... STOP WHINING! Bring it to the table, have all
agree, and lets stop bashing each other... lets work in a FidoNEt echo, for
discussion of FidoNews articles, and also make reasons for articles to be
written in the form of teamwork and promoting the network.

Think we have a shot at this?  I'd like it.
