We started getting a feed from Louis Oaken because of Souvestry. 

I had been gating mail through a gateway in Costa Rica.  Connectivity using 
phone lines was HORRIBLE in those days.  We were out of the foot print of 
Planet Connect, and so without a dish the size of a house, we couldn't pick 
up feeds that way.  We got a feed from Souvestry for about a year and we 
were spoiled on our connectivity.  Then, Souvestry decided he wouldn't 
gate "Mexican Link" anymore.  That was "THE" Spanish language echo from 
South America to the rest of the world!  It was a "huge" deal to all of Zone 
4!  So, we completely abandoned John (and we had been "paying" him money 
too!) and went with Louis Oaken who fed us everything -- PLUS a whole slew 
of other echos and nets that John wouldn't carry -- and he gated Mexican 
link for us.  We stuck with Louis for years until I moved away and turned 
everything over to Rafael who became the new Zx Bridge.

Since I left, I never really paid any attention to what happened with Z4.
