You *don't*.  You're concentrating on that ancient WWI war debt 
thing.  I don't *expect* it ever to be paid.  I brought it up 
because some one (you?) mentioned a *monetary* debt.  That debt 
clearly filled the bill (no pun intended)= ...

What you are ignoring is this:  The mention in our papers WRT 
that plane was a minor matter.  It was given little mention and 
was something *anyone* could have easily missed.  There are *far* 
more important and interesting things in the news.  *I* mentioned 
it to you just to give you credit that it *did* exist.  *Anyone* 
here could have missed the article.  It's just that *I*, 
personally, pay a lot of attention to published news.

about that WWI debt.  After all that will *never* be paid.
