They own the business, and they were providing a "FREE" service, and Bjorn 
failed to comply. They can do whatever they want, it is a "free" country 
isn't it?

Something you don't agree with, you admonish.  See, we live in a free 
country where companies have more freedoms than what you like.

Innocent?  Ha!

Your website is NOT private, and to consider an open website private is an

It's a matter of legality which has been explained to you repeatedly.  This 
is another one of those truths you prefer to ignore so that your argument 
fits your paradigm.

That was before you contacted my ISP... Remember? You had no proof or any 
evidence that I had participated in any such action, yet you contacted my 
ISP.  What you are accusing me of, you are "guilty" of.  Tit - for - tat.... 
I really don't care.  Had I called his DYN service, I would have let you 
know publicly.  I'm not afraid of little ants like you.  When I did contact 
a service regarding his activities, I let you folks know (*remember*?).  YOU 
on the other hand, are quite the coward....

You contacted MY ISP and lied about it.  I shared the proof with those 
people close to the situation, and while considered by itself, it was not 
enough to 'prove' beyond a shadow of a doubt that you did it. But combined 
with the other evidence of the day, it was enough to convince those privy to 
the evidence that YOU were the one -- but you didn't act alone either.  I 
received all the Emails which were sent to the company.  They had to share 
the evidence once  I contacted an attorney. There were technical parts in 
the headers of the Emails which could not be disputed as faked -- I don't 
have access to your ISP's records and didn't know the appropriate IP 
addresses of the servers involved and therefore couldn't provide any 'faked' 
evidence.
