Oh?  Have you been there and seen the place?  Those guys are living high on 
the hog over there and are being treated very well.  I know this first hand 
:)   You can't possibly compare prisoners of war being treated, fed, housed, 
and clothed to the slaughtering Saddam did to the Kurds.

The Death penalty serves a greater good, and I'm glad we have it.  Who wants 
murder's let loose and moving in as our next door neighbors?  (You??)  I 
doubt it.  Again, you can't possibly compare the slaughter of innocent men, 
women and children to our death penalty.  You are writing as though you 
support the atrocities committed against the Kurds by Saddam. If you want to 
compare prisons, take a look at German, Turkish, Polish, or even some of 
England's prisons.  Whew -- they wouldn't pass "OSHA" standards here in the 
US, that's for damn sure.

What in the hell are you talking about?  You have Absolutely NO idea what 
you are writing about... You've pulled apart some reports from the 
drive-by-media and accept them as fact.  There IS health care available to 
the indigent from the federal govt. and the state govts.  Blacks?  They have 
as much --- if not more (due to affirmative action) rights and privileges 
than Caucasians.  We are MUCH more advanced regarding equal rights than most 
(if not all) countries in Europe.  I'm "From" the south, and therefore have 
a very personal knowledge.  ANYONE can afford health care in this country, 
they simply have to apply for a program.  I work at the local homeless 
shelter and council people specifically on their health care options.  The 
problem isn't a lack of funding or programs, it's simply that about 
22million don't give a crap and don't apply for any.

There are MANY who "refuse" treatment, or fall down a well, can't get to a 
hospital on time, or whatever -- but it is a federal crime to refuse life 
saving treatment to any human being in this country (legal or illegal 
immigrant -- doesn't matter) regardless of health insurance coverage.

BJ, based on your writings you really don't have any idea what it's like 
over here.  I don't know if you've based you knowledge on movies, euro 
papers, or just reading all the bad things that Felen has written about us 
over the years, but your views are very "wrong".....
