You also dropped of something that resembles a nodelist segment.  However, I am
not in the habbit of procsesing segments for nets that do not exist.  If, by
some chance, there are appliants, direct them to one of the contact methods
listed below on my signature.  I will make sure they are added.

Do you have a metered internet connection?

Net 387 does not exist.

Apparently you landed yourself on my firewall by something you did.  The IDS
thought you did something bad and decided to issue a block.  It's fixed. 
However, if you desire a node in R19 you will need to send a request via
netmail, e-mail, or instant messenger.  Dropping off strange segments in the
night is not a request and appears more or less an attempt and continued
defiance of established norms.

The door is open, you just have to make your intentions clear.  "I don't
need/want a node number" or "fuck matt" in response to the suggestion by your
ZC to contact your RC sends a mixed message.

My official stance:

Your area is serviced by Nets 382 and 397.  A RI is available if you can
justify the need for it.  For example, you feel you might have personal issues
with either of those NC or its members.  What will not happen is the creation
of another net to serve nodes whose alleged existence is questionable.  None of
the other entries in that segment left here have any contact information. 
Also, if it is your intention to get a 379/22 entry, you cannot be listed in
R19.  I will not permit dual listing.  You must choose one or the other.  In
any event, I await your reply via netmail or e-mail.
