I never said to *ignore* them, I suggested denying them the media coverage
they desire.  I've no problem at all with quietly hunting them down and offing
them, singly or in groups.  There's no need to publicize the actions, the bad
guys will know who did it and why - and they would have to worry about
who would be next and when; hopefully that would put a major crimp in their
activity - and recruiting.

If you'll recall the 1970s when terrorists were grabbing people - usually but
not always tourists - in Lebanon, one group made the mistake of grabbing a
half-dozen or so Soviet citizens.  And of course immediately killed one of
their
victims (as was the practice then) to show they really meant business.  What
didn't get much publicity was the fact that the KGB grabbed a couple of members
of that terrorist group - and started sending small pieces of them back to
their
leaders.  The Soviet hostages were released shortly thereafter and AFAIK *no*
Eastern Bloc citizen was again molested.
