For all intents, please don't take this personal... but yet again I must
disagree with your assesment on things.  I didn't want to get involved much as
my oppinion would be seen as tainted by the exchanges of Roy and I, BUT, here
is the real deal...

Note... his node number is removed for cause the providing party.

Note... he was encouraged to seek a node number elsewhere, but the rest is
beyond the scope of even the Z1C.  Without a node number a person should not
have ANY access to echoes or netmail other than through a third party system
providing public access (ala a BBS or Fido NNTP server) and by posting in
echoes without that being the case not only has Roy commited EAB but his feed
source is also in violation of EAB.

If he wants to "participate in echoes" then without a valid nodenumber he must
do so via a BBS or point number.

If this is *NOT* to be enforced, then I hereby declare Net267 as a worldwide
net and will take and feed nodes from anywhere on the globe, fuck geography and
policy, and they can even make up their own node
numbers if they wish (ANY TAKERS?). Think I'm kidding?

excommunicated until he obtains a vaild node number!  Look up "excommunicated",
and I don't mean in P4.

ASSisted??? BULLSHIT!  He's playing games with Matt at the R19C level by trying
to create a bogus net.  He has been informed where he can seek a node number,
but in typical Roy fashion he's being an asshole and trying to prove a
"point"... the only "point" involved is on the top of his dunce cap.

Please Carol... catch up on your maul before you comment.  I know your
intenbtions are always good, but this MENACE of many years isn't worth the two
or three nicey-nicey messages you exchange per month when you can "catch up on
your mail".  He's a constant thorn, and you are an occasional particpant when
your "duty allows".

HE HAS NO NODE NUMBER!  Without either being a BBS user, point, or with some
other form of access... until he gets a node number, I plan on filing a
complaint if he persists on flying a bogus node number. Janis may dismiss it,
but on apeal (heh-heh_) we BOTH know he will... WILL... be totaly
excommunicated.  If that doesn't work, let's all give up our *C positions as we
have then become innefective, thus useless, and of no importance to FidoNet at
all.

FUCK the Z1 mess we've had as a result of the wishy-washy ways displayed over
the past decade by the powers to be.  If they are ineffective, they'll be
ignored, replaced, whatever... if they can't enforce what was at one time so
simple in FidoNet then they are just absolutley useless and of no consequence,
so with inability to enforce I will simply do as I wish as well, fuck
everybody.

I don't mean to come off as harsh as I am, but this obvious BS of
interpretation just makes me feel that way.

At this point he is a rouge node in violation as bad as net 229 was at one
time, if not worse.  He is absolutely free to converse in Fido echoes on a
public access system, but a PC is pending pertaining to using a non-existant
node number. A complaint may follow wrt his FidoNet provider, as a non-existant
node is not supposed to be fed, and providing such a feed DOES call for removal
of that node if the feed is not cut.

I tried to stay out of this end of it... BUT... BUT... BULSHIT IS BULLSHIT. 
His node number WAS removed... he is NOT a FidoNet node, therefore unless on a
public access system should have NO ACCESS. Liek I said... operational
proceedure will change here based on this... if he can't effectively be dealt
with, I most definately can't be when I "expand" my horizons.
