     As I understand the situation there has been an offer presented
to Roy by Matt. I will not weigh the merits or value of the offer as
it is not my place. But it would seem to me that the decision would
be upto Roy to accept or decline the offer.

     I would hope that Matt made the offer knowing fully what to expect.
It is certainly within Matt's right as RC (IMHO) to wish to verify the
accuracy of the nodelist data submitted to him after all it is Matt's
responsibility to submit accurate data in the segment that he submits.
