It's a friggin game with Roy. His "aproach" is just a big middle finger stuck

I saw enough publicly to see that it is worked out.  Roy has a choice of two
nets, or an RIN.  THREE options available.  He refuses to take them, his loss.

Carol... you missed that Roy is refusing to provide ANY contact info for these
fake potential nodes?  If these nodes -do exist- (immagine that) then proper
proceedure would find them homes in their region REAL quick.

He doesn't have to be driven out... he simply needs to utilize the options
available to him.  You seem to be one of the people who think special
acceptions should be made for certain individuals, and damn the established
proceedures.  I'm not one of -those- people.

Matt has done all he should be expected to do... he has provided Roy the choice
between two nets, or an RIN  if there are conflicts with those NC's.  Matt has
done EXACTLY what he should do, Roy has not. Roy is at fault here, Matt is not.
